Okay, I'm confused Chuck.... are there really any 1/2 frame guns or are they all 1 1/2 frame guns with just the lazy guy's entry?

Dean, stock books 75,76,78,79,81, and 82 all have 1/2 for guns that are actually 1 1/2 frames. True 1/2 frame guns didn't start till S/N's 240xxx and above. There are no records that I know of which would show which guns with S/N's 240xxx are actually 1/2 or 1 1/2 frame sizes.

Thanks very much Chuck - That's exactly the detailed information I was looking for.
