Craig I'm fighting the urge for another single shot rifle. Our deer season goes from November 15 through January 1 with the exception of 3 days in December. I hunted 95%+ of those days and only took a bolt gun twice. Actually it was two different guns. I took 11 different rifles deer hunting. I've fallen hard for nice single shots

How about shooting for the moon. The A1 Special 28-gauge two barrel set that C.T. "Buck" Buckman used hunting quail in California that he bought from W.O. Rowley in Dallas, Texas, for $3000.

The only way I could afford it though is if my Wife hits the lottery.

I wish lightning would strike twice. I'm on my way to South Carolina to deliver Nellie to the trainer, last year on the same trip the AH 10ga Boston expo gun was listed on GI. I bought it and it is a favorite. I'm away from my TPS but I recall only 10 were made in 10ga 32"".

My shopping list consists of the Parker story, the Ed Muderlak book, and the gun serialization book along with a VH or VHE grade 12 gauge as a shooter with 28” barrels. I got the books now I need the gun : )

I’m down to a pair of Ruger #1’s a 22-250 AI and a 243 . I however wouldn’t mind a 1A in 6.5x55 or 6.5x54 MS or 260 REM or 6.5x57 . And as much as I hate to say it a Blaser K95 in 6.5x57R or 6.5x65R RWS would be rather intresting .

Right now, the goal for 2021 is bringing back a GH 16 0 frame that is a project even by my standards. It may not happen but we will see. I also bought my son Mills a John Deere bulldozer that is a project too.

There can't be many of these. I think my heart skipped a beat reading this.

Mills, be careful on the dozer rebuild.I bought my brother an antique HI Tractor with all the attachments. What he has spent on a total rebuild I'd have bought him a good used Purdey.
