The concern shouldn't be with RST themselves, it's the overall shortages of ammunition and component supplies I'm concerned about.

I looked at the RST web site the other day and they have the majority of their products listed as out of stock. I'm starting to get concerned if these smaller specialty businesses will be able to make it through our current times. On one hand it's great they have had banner sales in the short term, but on the other hand, if they can't get the components & supplies to replenish their stocks, what will that mean for the long haul.

I am currently dealing with that now.
I have been selling a TON of Remington 1100 and 700 parts on eBay. Most of the parts ship in a padded envelope as a flat and without tracking. I anticipated I would be dealing with people asking where their parts are. And it has started yesterday. People opening claims with eBay and demanding refunds. Negative feedback, accusations of me not shipping the items... are these people living in a dark hole or something? I simply ask for patience and understanding. I will not entertain refunds for at least another few weeks because of the situation Jerry explains above. You give a refund and then the item shows up..

Heck, I still have a gun out there that I shipped on Dec. 2nd. to PA from NY! It moves here and there. It is currently finally in Harrisburg.

I am really curious to know if some sort of class action will end up being brought against USPS when all this is said and done with.
