Harold, Hope you can make something out of that 34” 16. I have a project I hope to make something out of this coming year too, but it is just a 26” 16

"Just" is a word that should never be used in front of 26". Fashion is fashion, and it changes over time. Live long enough and it will all come around again. I have my eye on a nice higher grade lightweight 12 1 frame gun that would take close birds with it's nice 26" barrels.

For many many many years I thought 26” was the perfect length of a side by side . Now I still love 26” guns but I’m pretty much open to anything that’s factory original . Hate to say it but my sporting clays scored took a northward trend when I went to a pair of VH 30” guns a 12 and a 16 . And I’m slowly starting to like 32” 12’s and of course 10’s . Matter of fact I made a deal tonight for a DH 12 32” 2 frame which I’ll send a check for Saturday or Monday , so I suppose that’ll be my first indiscretion of 2021
