I have # 177962 and according to "Parker Letter" was completed on May 14, 1917. Letter states mine was ordered by DuPont Company for one of their employees. I always thought mine was one of the earliest SBT.

By the way, the letter on 176,127 doesn't make any mention of the fact that it is an early single or that it may be the first.
