OK, let's start from the beginning. Don't dry fire the gun with the forend "on". Make sure the gun is cocked. Remove the forend. Dry fire both barrels. Try to remove the barrels from the receiver. Try again and again. If you are unsuccessful, spray a bunch of whatever, maybe brake cleaner or WD-40 into the cocking slide area. Repeat the attempts to remove the barrels after putting the barrels and forend back on the gun and recocking it and dry firing it several times. Of course, the first dry firing may have released the hook. Let us know how you do.
