Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

A old Grant and new shells
Great outing on the clays course Friday with my 1893 Grant side lock, sidelever, ejector (classic English gun). Have not shot this in a long time, newer guns have taken my interest lately. I shot exceeding well! Targets were shattered and more than a few were smoked. I was using two new shells: Italian made Experiencia Seeker 67mm 7/8 oz. #8 shot. at 1202 and RST 65mm paper Lite, 1 oz. loads 1175 fps #8 shot, Both shells worked great! Shot exactly where my eyes were looking and recoil very light. I will order a few more flats of these shells and get this gun out more frequently. It is like this gun as made for me and is a real joy to use. I can recommend these shells to anyone using a English game gun.

Sounds like fun. I really enjoy dragging the closet queens out and falling in love with them again. And you are spot on with your choice of shells.
