Pete, you'll have to ask Ken and Mike that question. I agree, the low gun setup is often violated but personally I've seen more "do overs" even though field rules are in place ….. safety was left on, firing mechanism problems, gent forgot where the clay is coming from and rushes the shot/misses, and whining that the clay was off the flight path after the fella had shot/missed. On the latter two excuses my shooting gang has a firm rule, i.e., you shot it ….. you bought it.
