I would suggest that that Order Book No. 73 does not state it is a Quality NH. Order Book No. 73 very likely lists something like 1 - 10/32 Twist PG Hammls and from that the author of the letter interpreted Quality NH not taking into account the time period. The letter also states the price of $65 and when the Quality NH was actually being used it was $70.
