I think it's kinda STOUT pricewise . To me that's 28 gauge money not 12 gauge .

Complaining about Galzans prices are like complaining about barnetts, or VFIs, or others prices... pointless. They are all high, we all know it. You gotta start somewhere. They start high. If they want to sell anything they deal. Or walk away. Or spend more than you should. Whatever.

I just sold an identical Remington era GH 12 with XF chokes in each barrel but the case colors were about 70%, wood perfect with original DHBP showing no wear and 97% barrel blue.... for $5800.

Unless you want Galazan's G for a spot in your display case and never plan to shoot it... walk away.

What surprises me about the dealers cited is that these guns have remained unsold in some cases for years.

This price structure allows them to give you a $4000 trade-in for your $1500 VH.
