Single malt it is, the smokier and peatier the better.

I love single malt, but not the real heavy smoky, peaty ones. Too strong for my taste.

Eric the Lagavulin would not work for you then. I like a good single malt myself but this stuff is something else.

Nothing beats a nice 18 yr. Glenlivet single malt for smooth, Nice glass while cleaning and oiling the Old Parkers and Foxes is like Heaven.

You are right Randy, I tried it once and that was enough for me. That's what so neat about single malts, the wide variety of the flavors depend on which region they come from.

My preference is Glenmorangie. Very smooth and doesn't have that heavy peat taste that the highland scotches have.
