Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

Thanks for all the posts everyone. I wasn't expecting this much information this quickly, you guys are great. Now with all this info, I really want to go take a look at it again, I'm not sure if he'll let me take pictures of it though.
A few new questions:
Is it possible for a Damascus barrel to loose that patterning that you associate with Damascus steel? Because when I was looking at it, it just seemed like normal steel. I guess I'll have to checkout the barrels a little more closely to see if it's stamped on there.
Does the 'ADT March 2, 1878' denote the year it was created?
And does any buddy know why the water table would be stamped 'V' ? I took Brush Buster's advice and looked up the grades and the markings are very similar to the hammerless grade 2. I don't think it'd be a replacement part because it was also stamped with the same serial number.
Thanks for all your help
