John, it probably failed because the picture is to big. Go to the
www.parkerguns.org and then the FAQ page link found on the lower left of list on the left of out home page. At the bottom of the FAQ page, there are two tutorials and one is how to re-size a picture and the other is how to make a forum entry with a picture attached. Look at the re-size one and I hope it answers your questions.
They take a minute to load so give it time, they are big and depending on your connection speed it can take a few minutes.
