Larry, it has never worked that way for some, if not most of us. Maybe it's time to take a fresh look at the number lookup function and try to get it to work like it is supposed to. Calvin, there is a line of instruction on the page where you "can't see the box" that tells you how to jump through the hoops and get where you are going.
