I made the groves in the jig with a router shaped for the front of the receiver to fit into.6 i cut down the jaw of a c clamp to fit in the receiver groove, #7 hold the receiver to the jig, place the ground down c clamp behind the roll and press it out taking care to keep the guide palls on the side of the roll coming out aligned through the groove. clean everything up and put the replacement in , or build up the old part and machine it back down.
