As the gun raffle is a major fund raiser for the PGCA the Bo-Whoop serves the same function for the AHFCA; to fatten the coffers. This also provides money for the slush fund for TOOLMAN to be able to carry out his ministerial duties in the Florida keys in the winter to help provide one piece bathing suits for the wayward co-eds who can only afford string bikinis.
