I think business casual or sport coat and tie is fine but shorts, T shirt, sandals and shooting vest is a no no.

Think the last time I wore a shooting vest was thirtyfive years ago , I’m more of the belt/shell pouch type guy , but the t shirt shorts and sandles are right on time
