I want to hunt grouse either in Michigan or Maine this fall.
I was a pheasant hunter 15 years ago. Once I started hunting grouse and woodcock, I never looked back. Woodcock are great for the dogs, and the ruffed grouse is the greatest challenge I have ever encountered with a dog and a shotgun.
