Sweet little gun in great condition. You should definitely buy Walt's book...it's available on the internet. Get the 2nd edition, as he added about another 1/3 of material after the first edition.
My favorite low power (and low price!) load is the Fiocchi "trainer" shells. Likely not available locally in Canuck-ville, but definitely online. Not sure what the 20 spec is, but in 12's they are 7/8 oz, and about 6,500 psi.
