Bill, would you please explain the difference between the Parker Reproduction D-grade forearm style checkering of the Barnett offered gun and that of a Repro B-grade forearm style checkering?

Greg... I stand to be corrected on the forearm checkering between the D and B.
Upon closer inspection there does not appear to be a difference. For some reason I had the B and A1’s confused.

Thanks Bill. Just yesterday I had an appointment with an optometrist for a vision test, for a while there you had me thinking about seeking a second opinion.

Out of curiosity I contacted Steve Barnett to find out if this offering could possibly be B .410-0052. It is not, nor is it B .410-0045 as that gun had a beavertail forend.

So we now know that this Parker Reproduction, a .410 4/0-frame B-grade with D-style engraving is the 3rd such gun to come to light. Incidently, all three of these BHE/DHE-engraved 4/0-frame little jewels have B-grade engraving applied to their toplevers.
