I just got a room at the Candlewood and as soon as I said I wanted a room I was on hold for 10 plus minutes, I had a very hard time understanding the person that answered the phone, first thing I said was I was in a group, well I finally got the room but it was a pain, and she told me she could not send a confirmation e-mail because I was in a group code and I would get one in a day or so.
