Pheasant - Spanish Style

Tried this tonight. Very good with wild rice, peas and wild mushrooms, and a bottle of CRIOS Malbec from that famed purveyor of fine wines, COSTCO.

Thi recipe is very similar to one I have seen and used before, but I can't locate it now.

John: You are most welcome. Watch Costco around Christmas period. Not every year but sometimes they have Kirkland Signature Single Malt Scotch. What it really is is MacAllan's 18 year and once it was 19 year and always it is a fine nectar if you enjoy bog water.
