Are you sure about that, Rex?

It has been found that each grade of Parker Reproductions DHE, BHE and A-1 Special and each gauge within each grade had their own unique set of serial numbers. It has also been found that special editions, i.e. Buffalo Bill, NSF, SSS, etc. were assigned their own set of serial numbers.

Disclaimer: Someone very close to the Parker Reproduction project has told me that there may be a couple of examples of serial numbers assigned to guns that have fallen outside of what was stated above.

If each grade of gun was serialized uniquely, then yes, mine could have been the 218th...

I assumed (seems incorrectly) that all the 20 gauges were serialized together regardless of grade. Learn something new every day.
