I wonder what he means by this:

"I have repeatly read on shotgun forums that if someone runs a penny auction that the sale results will turn out fantastic compared to a reserve or fixed price auction. To this I show "hogwash"!, especially since I had to buy it, but I'll wait and see. I have not fired this shotgun."
