Actually yes I do. I take pics of every gun and document it on the attached form which is just something I have continued to modify over the years. I keep the paper copies as well as the digital on my computer and Dropbox. Feel free to use the attached or send me a PM so as not to hijack this thread if you have suggestions to improve this one. I have never really searched the net for one, just made it up on the fly.
