How about the buggered-up screws ?? I question if this is the real deal Duck stamp special. Could it be one of the Galazan's sell off A-1's in the white that someone had engraved as a DSS. The bottom plate engraveing sure looks right though. I looked up the information on these in the Parker story and it say's all the DSS gun are finished in gray metal, this one has some blue coloration to it like light case coloring or possibly some other form of coloring.

Just wondering? I would sure hate to pay big bucks for this and then find out it's not totally the real deal.
