65deg, eh? Fat chance of that here for a while... it's 19deg and snowing right now and I have a 480mi flite to make on Friday, wx allowing ,which it very well may not do. My brother lives just a few miles from that Bald Mtn range. I thought it was closed for good; didn't realize they were re doing it. Great. I liked shooting there. I'd figure out which station I wasn't good at on that old SClay course and just stay there until I figured it out. I kicked some huge deer outa there one day, a herd actually, from the swale right in front of the old 5-stand.

Does anyone know what the conversion is for LUP to PSI?

From what I have read and heard from others is that there is no reliable method of conversion. I understand that PSI is measured as peak pressure and LUP (Lead Unit of Pressure) is sort of cumulative because a small lead slug is actually crushed to make the reading.

will have to get me some of that 800x powder and try it...how did the flight turn out richard good i hope....always wanted to hunt alaska but would settle just for a glimse of it...thanks for all the info fellas on the 800x powder..i guess we all are looking for that perfect load.........charlie
