Any recommendation on a good smith in the Charlotte NC area?

It is a 1927 parker VH

I have an issue that when its very cold out the left barrel doesn't strike the primer hard enough to fire. When it is warm i don't have the issue. I just would like it cleaned on the internals. Possibly the engraving touched up. Make sure the barrel wall is in spec. Possibly case hardened if needed. The only thing I am dead set on is it functioning 100%.

This may not be as "in the area" as you would like but Gunter Pfrommer is probably 2.5 to 3 hours drive time depending and the mechanics issues he could easily address. He would not do the colors in house if you decide to go that route. Maybe someone will know of something closer for you. You can google Pfrommer Gunworks and find him. Good Luck !
