I'm headed to NC for the first time. I'll only be there for one day, but I'm going to check out the exhibitors guns. Hope to see you there...and that we both find a prize or two.

I will be there Saturday only myself. I expect all the good deals to be gone by Saturday!

Don't tell my wife this or she will insist we come Saturday instead of Friday. I wish I could have more time to take everything in, but it just won't work this year. I've owned and hunted with guns for over 55 years, and collected doubles for nearly 30, but I've never fired a gun at clays except an occasional round with a hand trap behind the house. It sure seems like this event and others like it are well respected (and much anticipated) by many members.

Around this time, most years, Rich says he is not buying anything at the Southern and is just going to look. If he has already given up now, it should be a good weekend for some dealers
