The Schedule:
7:00 PM Evening opens with Heavy Hors D’oeuvres (shrimp, meat balls, crab balls, cheeses, etc.) and plenty of time to socialize and look at some special Parkers.
7:45 PM Sit Down Dinner with coffee, tea, soft drinks,
Salads
Entrée Choices: Prime Rib, Rib Eye Steak, Grilled Salmon, or Marinated Chicken
Breasts
Dessert Choices: Mississippi Mud Pie, Strawberry “Shot” Cake with Ice Cream, or Cheese
Cake with topping
