Cheddite 209 primers have the same diameter as any American 209 primer. Cheddite hulls, which are made overseas, use a European primer that is slightly larger. At least that is my understanding about sizes of different primers. RIO primers are also largerAfriend at the club thought all those blue RIO hulls laying around were too pretty to leave lay. The Cheddite primers I buy are slightly larger than American 209 primers and fit the Euro hulls better .
