No, not the shells at Walmart. I don't know what pressures they're making. My shells are around 7000psi, so another 300 to 1000psi wouldn't make a big difference. I'd have to think at one time or another, factory shells were fired in most of our guns with no ill effect. But that doesn't mean I'd shoot off a box or two of modern factory ammo. I put on a SxS Shoot every year and one year a fellow emailed me ahead of time that he needed some low pressure shells. When I gave them to him he was upset they weren't 2 1/2" shells. I said you never said anything about 2 1/2" shells, but mine would be ok in his gun. When he balked, I said I'd buy the gun for what he had in it if my shells hurt anything. He bought the second 100 about a hour latter.
