Default Flying B Ranch in Kamiah Idaho

Flying B Ranch far exceeded our expectations. Lodge, staff, guides and food were all outstanding. Mike Tripoli and I harvested 225 birds in three days. Pheasants, Chukar, Hungarian Partridge and Valley quail. Our guide Chad is a real professional... worked us as hard as we wanted. I used a recently aquired Winchester/Parker A1 Special from Robin Hollow Outfitters at Addiville East Farm. Gun work flawlessly... every time.

I highly recommend Flying B Ranch.

I’m sure they supplement with raised birds. But we did shoot quite a bit of wild birds.

That is a lot of shooting! Trigg and I hunted a place like that in Utah in 2007. Got an inexpensive off-season rate and were told we could shoot all the birds we wanted -Chukars, quail and pheasant. We surprised them with how many birds we got using our "old guns".... Gawd, that was fun. I got 54 in one day.

Default Flying B

I remember my Dad flying in and out of the Flying B in the mid 60's to hunt and fish. One of the guys owned a Cessna that they would commute back and forth in those days and it was a well prized location back then.

I wonder what it must have looked like back then?
