Default Forgotten Grade 1's Revisited

I came acoss this right after I posted about grade 1's. # 174xxx, 1916, 1 1/2 frame, 6 lbs 14 oz, .010 ,.020 chokes, 14 1/4 lop, 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 drops and bore diameter right where it should be. My new pheasant gun. I think after the season i might have Bachelder do the barrels. It should really make em pop Hope I can load pictures.

That's a really nice piece of wood on that gun(!) I think your gun has a great patina and, at least from the photos, appears to be in great condition. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Those barrels are VERY Nice, as they are. In fact, I don't think you would see much more pattern than what is already present, and, you may diminish the guns value in doing, well, not much.

By the way, that's the lightest 1 1/2 frame I think I've seen.

I was looking to keep it around 7 lbs. In either a 1 or 1. 1/2 frame
