Bill Jaqua bought the gun. It was written up in the WSJ as a breakthrough in collectibles as investments. The gun was resold within about a month. From what I heard,not only did that gun put Jaqua's and gun collecting on center stage, but he turned a handsome profit on the gun also

Not an A1 but not six figures either still a pretty nice 28 and a two barrel set. Dean you could shoot some Grouse with this one  26 inch Parker barrels IC/M and a set of 28 inch barrels from James Purdey choked M/F.
