Remington Nitro hull
Remington 209 primer
17.5 grains of Clay Dot
CB4100-12b wad
7/8 ounce of 7.5 shot
1200 f.p.s.
5400 p.s.i.
The bushing in my Ponsness Warren drops 17.2 grains and the loads crush clays consistently. The recoil is also very acceptable.
