Maybe George Herter is writing copy for CSM from his great duck blind in the sky.

I do like my RBL - case colored, SG/BTFE, long exhibition Turkish stock.

I bought a RBL also with a straight stock and beaver tail forend 20 ga. It took me forever to shoot a straight with it. It sort of has a swooped rib, which reminds me of some of Dave Purnell's under lifters. But as you experts say, the only way to hit targets is to shoot each gun a lot and get the feel of it.

Asa Kelley let me shoot a 20 ga Straight stocked Parker (that had black tape on the wrist to hold it together) and I broke 24 on the skeet range. I liked that so much I bought it and sent it to Bill Schwarz and had a new stock and forend made. When he returned it, the first time out I shot a straight, so who knows, PARKERS are the best in my shooting experience.

Pat, I just sent a 32" VH with green tape on the wrist to the stockmaker. I hope I have some of your luck with it when I shoot my first round.
