Jerry, the mullered borders are fine, nice job. Here is an original 1915 V for comparision and you might see a few differences in the checkering cutter V angles. I've seen an article about Parker checkering , checking as Parker called it, which gave the cutter angles. I can't remember if it was Parker Pages or TPS, but you might check TPS. Sorry to not recall where it was.

Oh, by the time I got this posted, Dean had already responded. Jerry, let me know, if this is redundant, I'll just delete it or if more photos are helpful, let me know.
