Here is an original condition 1905 Lefever EE 16ga. Von Krupp barrels from Essen, Deutschland before production was turned to cannons and battleship steel.
Some people claim that they can see a difference between Parker case colors and those of other acclaimed makers such as Lefever. I don't think I consistently can.
This E grade is equivalent to a D Parker. Both grades are generally considered the epitome of collecting by many. This Lefever has features particular to the make and that are considered desirable ; adjustable fore end, adjustable hinge, adjustable triggers, hammer indicators, safety automatic/non auto selection.
