Great write up Pete!
I want to give a shout-out to the folks of Major Waldron's and to Pete Lester organizing this event for a really good time today.
Nice to see some familiar faces and some new ones.
New face was Derek who bought his first Parker and posted in the New Member forums asking questions came up to the shoot. He brought his newly acquired Damascus barreled GH to have us all take a look to inspect the condition to shoot safely. With the "go ahead" who looked at it and confident this Parker is safe to shoot, Derek shot his Parker for the very first time today and shot trap, skeet, and Elimination. He did very well shooting a double gun for the first time. What a great way to start off the year in 2016. Hopefully we'll see you again.
