You should join this fine organization for the $40.00 and order a letter for $40.00 otherwise, a letter for non-members is $100.00. Your Grade 2 top lever is, if verified, a fairly rare 2 barrel set 10 gauge. Good pics and barrel lengths would help. There are surviving records for your gun.
