I'm hunting with Jeff Pelayo up in North Dakota.

The Preacher is deadly on geese, apparently it works pretty well on larger game as well.

nice bird- and I like the soft tones in the picture- goes well with the vintage outfit and Parker, great look

I do remember seeing a recipe for swan once in an old book, I forget the spice mix, but the instructions said to put it in the oven at 350 and check it once a week until it is done.
