I purchased a 12 ga 1 frame P with 26" factory twist barrels a while back. Talk about a grouse/woodcock gun. At 6-8 it is a bit light for my liking but it is a wicked quick handling gun with fantastic dynamics. I sought out this piece as one could be purchased for considerably less than a 20. I'm just too much of a tightwad to pay the exorbitant prices small bore guns bring. Glad I did because this gun handles like a 20 and with light 7/8 oz loads shoots like one. So, essentially a 20 at 12 ga price.

My mission this season is to shoot at least one grouse with it. A mission I am looking forward to.

Just my two cents.
