I'll just throw this out as an alternative. I had a 20 ga Browning that would stick certain cases in one chamber. I narrowed the problem down to cases that have steel bases. I solved the problem by 1) using cases with brass bases, or 2) by sizing the steel based cases just a bit more. Both solved the problem.
