agreed John- I would not worry and I wasn't fretting the wall thickness- my comment was meant more to put the concerns we often discuss here in perspective, I have always liked at least 35 thousands in my guns and I shoot RST or equal reloads.
and yes- even though the barrels passed a 3" nitro proof - its still 130+ year old wood taking the pounding, another reason for the light loads
