Default A little bit of a delimma

My 16 gauge VH has a length of pull of 14 inches which is about 3/8th of an inch short for me.

Who would you suggest I look into for a lace on or slip on pad pad that fits with this era of gun, I don't really want to continue to use the neoprene slip on I have on it now, I'm more of a leather type of guy, just want something that goes with the gun better

Thanks

Fred

You could have a recoil pad fitted with no alteration to the stock at all. Problem solved.

Brian's solution is best

next in line- the Galco leather pad
if you cannot find that go with the Gamekeeper from Galazans

Brian's solution might be best, but it still involves working on the gun. A more elegant solution would be to have a single silicone breast implant added to your right shoulder. Of course, if the doctor overdoes it you might need to get fitted for extra support.

I personally like the Kick-Killer leather lace-up pads.

I have two of the lace up pads and they work very well and no alterations to the gun.

Check eba.com, leather recoil pad. There are some on now. Now and then there are vintage pads offered that are much nicer.
