Default Parker Pages Spring Issue

Keep your eyes on your mailboxes folks - The Spring Issue has been mailed.

There are a number of excellent feature articles and stories in this issue and I even had to hold out a story til the summer issue because we (eventually) received enough contributions to fill this issue.

A BIG "Thank You" to those who sent material for Parker Pages.

I'm holding out for a feature story on Destry, where he lives, what he does to afford travelling the world for gunning adventures, when he will write the book. Promise it'll come within a year and this old pensioner will buy a membership just to read it. Promise one on the amiable fellow flying a Stinson in Alaska and I'll buy another membership the next year.

Great reply Mr. Brown. I have to imagine there are a large number of people on this site about which books could be written. Enough to make most of us life members probably!

Yeah right.
Me and Edgar will be planting tomatoes before we get ours, Dean. You must have our copies mailed from some obscure zip code to save the PGCA money. The wait starts.........

Nope, the all go to the main post office in Traverse City, MI. The problem lies with the central USPS Distribution Center in your area.... probably Hartford. They probably treat periodicals and such as fourth rate mail and distribute it accordingly. Maybe you should have a chat with the Postmaster there.

Miracle of miracles the USPS delivered my PP.
What a great article on Case Colors.
I can't wait to go home and pour some of that Apple Pie moonshine my SC friends brought me and find a quiet place to read. Away from entertaining Charlie Purple.
