Bill, I double checked the order book and the pellets for L&R barrels are correct.

I checked the stock books in this S/N range and they were using #8 shot for all patterning unless it was a special request to use a different size. Tatham shot shows 399 pellets per oz. Parker used a 24" circle at 45 yards in that time period. I would assume Parker used 1 1/4 ounce of shot. Looking at other 10 ga patterning info, the majority of 10ga guns put 200 size 8 shot in the 24" circle. I would assume this was a full choke pattern. Since it's a smaller circle and at 45 yards, I would think the R choke is extra full range and L modified.

Parker used mostly 7 and 8 size shot depending on what they had in stock and when they used either 7 or 8, they stuck with it for quite some time.

Think I can insert a 8 inch spring inside caliper. Expand until it touches , compress, remove then mike the caliper. Muzzle is easy have a tube mike. Take outside then subtract wall thickness x 2

Will try it in a 12 that has accurate dims recorded see if it matches first.
