I made a pine box like Dean's to send an M1A back to Springfield for some corrective machining. When it came back, it was in the same box except the barrel sticking out the side!! They threw it back in the box with NO PACKING and i'm sure UPS tossed it around for a few days.

So, do you box craftsmen "TIME" the screws? Must require a deft hand using those cordless impact drivers!!
