For about 4 or 5 years now I've been wanting to make a Brunswick Stew with a bit of flair !
My gunsmith bud is down not to far from Stuttgart AR now piggy hunting the rice fields/duck marsh . So I told him to snipe 3 or 4 cottontails and bring them back !
The young guy in our shop is eaten up with the duck hunting thing so he brought me the filleted breasts from two mallards .
And last but not least I've been wanting to kill a couple squirrels with my grandfathers old W&C Scott 10 gauge just so I could say I had . So next week the game plan is to pot 3 or 4 grey squirrels .
Don't have any idea how it's going to taste but I plan on throwing in all three meats with the normal veggies etc and see what we get !
Should be enough in this pot to feed 8-12 people I think .
